Education: professional certificate
Qualifications:
- Current Massage Therapist license in Minnesota and/or North Dakota.
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage services with an emphasis on myofascial release and soft tissue mobility.
- Work with patients experiencing pain, stiffness, limited mobility, postural issues, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, and chronic tension.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other clinical team members to support patient goals and treatment plans.
- Follow care recommendations and communicate patient responses to treatment with the clinical team.
- Educate patients on body awareness, relaxation strategies, self-care, stretching, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
- Create a safe, professional, and supportive treatment environment.
- Build trusting relationships that help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the massage therapy service within the practice.
