Class Descriptions

Stability/Balance – Our balance and stability class offers a chair-based, full-body strength training sessions that is open to all ability levels. Although we use a chair, you won’t be sitting the whole time. We will get up and practice balance and coordination, using the back of the chair for support as needed. With a strong focus on hip mobility and strength, this class is quickly becoming a local favorite!  

Move and Groove – With our playlist on shuffle, it’s time to move and groove! This low-impact aerobics class will get you moving with some of our favorite songs from oldies to modern. We laugh, dance and sometimes get a little silly. It doesn’t matter if you can dance or not, as long as you move and have fun, you will find your people here!

Yoga/Pilates – Our pilates classes incorporate strength and mobility movements. Every ability level is welcome. We will clear our minds, focus on deep breathing, and get in tune with out body’s abilities. Each instructor has their own style, so we encourage you to try a few different classes to see which one speaks to you.

EnerChi/Tai Chi – EnerChi is a class that focuses on breathing and intentional movement. This class can be done with or without shoes. Taking inspiration from Tai Chi and Qigong, EnerChi is a non-impact class that promotes balance and stability as well as lowering stress levels.

BOOM – Muscle – This is a beginner-friendly strength training class that focuses on proper lifting forms with light to moderate weight. Weight training is beneficial for maintaining mobility and a healthy metabolism. In this class, we raise the bar… literally. We believe everyone should feel strong and powerful!
