Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure (or eligibility) in Minnesota and North Dakota

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals
- Implement and progress evidence-based treatment interventions
- Accurately document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and patient experiences
- Contribute to a positive, solution-focused clinical environment
