Class Descriptions
Move and Groove – With our playlist on shuffle, it’s time to move and groove! This low-impact aerobics class will get you moving with some of our favorite songs from oldies to modern. We laugh, dance and sometimes get a little silly. It doesn’t matter if you can dance or not, as long as you move and have fun, you will find your people here! Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Pilates/Yoga – The best of yoga and Pilates combined in a mind-body mat workout. Flow through a combination class of Yoga and Pilates techniques timed with the breath. Learn controlled movements to enhance your workout. All levels are welcome. Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Yoga – Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Increase flexibility, balance and range of movement through body weight and restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Pilates – Strengthen your core and improve posture with focused, low-impact movement in this mat-based Pilates class. You’ll learn to control and activate your muscles through intentional breath and precise movements that enhance flexibility, balance, and body awareness. This class supports joint health and functional strength—all from the mat, using just your body weight. All levels are welcome. Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Stability/Balance – Our balance and stability class offers a chair-based, full-body strength training session that is open to all ability levels. The chair is utilized to practice balance and coordination while focusing on hip strength and mobility. Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Line Dancing – Kick up your heels and join the fun! This lively, low-impact class is all about dancing in lines to a mix of country, pop, and classic tunes. No partner needed, just follow along and enjoy the rhythm. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, you’ll find a supportive, upbeat community here. Come for the steps, stay for the smiles! Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.
Circuit – Get your heart pumping and your muscles moving in this fun and energizing full-body workout. Move through a series of timed stations that combine strength, cardio, and balance exercises designed to improve overall fitness and functional movement. Each round can be modified to meet your needs, making this class great for all fitness levels. Approved for Silver Sneakers Members.

Orientation Fee
| Tour to Train package has a fitness 1:1 instruction during orientation and program development with goal establishment. | Duration 1 hr. Fee is $60+ $10 key FOB |
| Master the Machines package has an emphasis on the ability to safely operate machines and equipment with program implementation. | Duration 45 min. Fee is $40 + $10 key FOB |
| Fitness Transition Membership package has emphasis on safety awareness and program implementation based on the physical therapist’s recommendations of the body part being treated. | Duration 30 min. Fee Waived, $10 key FOB |
This one time fee will not be required for current patients transitioning to the fitness center. They will still have $10 key fob for access to the building.
