I’ve been a physical therapy patient at Achieve for many years(won’t go anywhere else), but hadn’t worked with a trainer until about 3 years ago. Lucky for me, Beth Ness has some mad skills I’ve worked with Beth off and on during times when my regular daily workouts don’t feel like enough, targeting areas of frustration. Beth has come through for me with flying colors each time I’ve met with her. I can see and feel results within a few sessions, and she enables me to reach the goals that sometimes feel unrealistic. Beth is my trainer, but she’s also my biggest cheerleader, a very real/grounded person, someone I look up to and someone whom I now consider a friend. SHE HEARS ME which is not something I can say when I walk into most establishments these days! I feel like the employee screening process at Achieve must essentially leave them with like people who want to help their members feel results, and grow to the potential we are capable of, and that we deserve. Although I hate every minute of working out EVER, Beth somehow manages to craft the session into a ridiculously amazing, fun time and for that I am grateful!
