Gary Schindler, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS., Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy, BA in Athletic Training from the University of North Dakota in 1999: MS in Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 2001; Transitional Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy through Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals in 2010. Gary was recognized as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist through the ABPTS in 2008. Gary was a partner in an outpatient private practice physical therapy clinic in WI for 10 Years. He has advanced training in trigger point dry-needling and currently teaches in the areas of orthopaedics, sports medicine, anatomy and therapeutic agents at UND. He had been a clinical instructor for the past ten-years and has assisted with the UW-Madison and Meriter Hospital’s orthopaedic residency program. He is currently working towards his PhD in Education and Leadership with his areas of interest being sports medicine, orhtopaedics, and anatomy. Gary currently resides in Grand Forks with his wife Sarah and their seven children.
