Adam Suedel, PT, DPT
Adam Suedel, born and raised in Grand Forks, grew up with a passion for sports and activity of all types. Various injuries over the years lead to multiple trips to physical therapy. Being able to return to an active lifestyle through physical therapy played a large role in Adam’s decision to become a physical therapist.
He attended the University of North Dakota, graduating in 2007 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree as well as a minor in psychology. Following graduation, Adam was employed at Altru Health System for 8 years working in a variety of settings including, acute inpatient, inpatient rehab, home health but primarily in the outpatient setting.
Adam is a well-rounded and highly sought out therapist, working with patients suffering with orthopedic issues, sports injuries, chronic pain and headaches, workers compensation, and post-surgical. In addition, Adam was a member of the Chronic Pain Program, a Headache Clinic team member, and a Work Team member. Adam has training in manual therapy techniques, PRRT, isokinetic testing, and will be furthering his skill set with training in ASTYM techniques.
When he is not busy, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids. They enjoy being active outdoors, attending UND hockey games, and going to the lake every weekend!
